With over 700 homes under management and growing fast, we combine local hospitality with Casago&rsquo;s national reach to deliver world-class service for guests and homeowners alike.We&rsquo;re expanding our team with a data-driven Marketing &amp; Growth Coordinator to generate qualified owner leads, grow our local brand presence, and scale paid media performance across the Smoky Mountain region.MissionTurn brand awareness into measurable growth.This role owns the systems and campaigns that attract new property owners, convert online interest into sales opportunities, and strengthen Altara's position as East Tennessee&rsquo;s most trusted vacation rental manager.You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For1. Paid Media + Lead Generation<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads for owner acquisition and guest retargeting.</li><li>Create UTM tracking, conversion pixels, and landing page flows to measure CPL and CAC.</li><li>Manage small-to-mid budgets efficiently; analyze results weekly and iterate creatives, targeting, and bidding.</li><li>Build remarketing and lookalike campaigns for high-performing audiences.</li></ul>2. CRM, Automation &amp; Lead Routing<ul><li>Manage the marketing-to-sales pipeline using HubSpot (or franchise CRM).</li><li>Automate lead capture, routing, and follow-up workflows to reduce time-to-contact.</li><li>Maintain dashboards and attribution reporting for weekly Executive L10 meetings.</li></ul>3. Local SEO &amp; Web Presence<ul><li>Optimize Altara location pages and Google Business Profiles.</li><li>Ensure all local listings and landing pages rank for &ldquo;[market] vacation rental management.&rdquo;</li><li>Update and publish landing pages, blogs, and guides that convert visitors into leads.</li></ul>4. Campaign Deployment &amp; Collateral<ul><li>Localize Altara corporate campaigns (emails, seasonal ads, event assets).</li><li>Create owner-facing and guest-facing content using Canva / Adobe Express.</li><li>Coordinate local events, sponsorships, and referral campaigns with Sales.</li></ul>5.
