Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Crew Management: Direct a team of 2&ndash;5 members, assigning daily tasks and ensuring all work meets company quality standards.</li><li>Project Execution: Interpret blueprints and landscape designs to oversee the installation of irrigation systems, pumps, hardscapes (patios, retaining walls) and softscapes (trees, shrubs, sod).</li><li>Client Relations: Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, answering questions and performing final project walk-throughs.</li><li>Administrative Tracking: Maintain daily records of labor hours, materials used, and job progress using digital tools.</li><li>Safety &amp; Maintenance: Conduct weekly safety &quot;tailgate&quot; meetings and oversee the maintenance of vehicles and heavy equipment (skid steers, excavators).</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Technical Expertise: Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of experience in landscape construction.</li><li>Equipment Operation: Proficiency with skid steers, trenchers, mini-excavators and power tools.</li><li>Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50&ndash;80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.</li></ul>Licensing: Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean record; specialized licenses like are often a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.12 - $32.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
