If hired for this role, you will be responsible for designing print anddigital curriculum resources for grades K-8. The ideal candidate has exceptional InDesign skills,thrives in a structured design environment working with established templates and style guides,and brings strong organization and file management abilities as well as hands-on printproduction experience. As a graphic designer at Gallopade, you have the unique opportunity tocreate resources that equip teachers to teach in an engaging, effective way. By enriching theteacher and student experience, you will also contribute to Gallopade&rsquo;s significant growth in itsposition as an industry leader and innovator.RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLEDesign engaging, communicative, age-appropriate content for Gallopade&rsquo;s print and digitalproducts, including teacher&rsquo;s editions, assessments, and supplemental resources. Thisresponsibility includes:&#9679; Build and use InDesign styles, color palettes, master pages, font libraries, and other&ldquo;best practices&rdquo; to achieve professional design results and workflow efficiencies&#9679; Incorporate impactful visuals including photographs, icons, illustrations, charts, tables,timelines, and other graphical elements to make content accessible and engaging&#9679; Maintain brand consistency by ensuring designs align with brand guidelines andmaintain a seamless look throughout all projects&#9679; Make design revisions and text edits accurately and in a timely manner&#9679; Apply consistent formatting across large-scale curriculum projects&#9679; Prepare final design files for digital and print production, ensuring quality and accuracyAdditionally:&#9679; Follow, improve, and establish product development workflows and documentation&#9679; Collaborate with other designers, writers, editors, digital developers, projectmanagement, and company management&#9679; Brainstorm and develop new creative concepts for products&#9679; Stay up to date on new technology and trends to keep our products current and ourprocesses streamlinedREQUIREMENTS&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field&#9679; At least 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in educationalcurriculum&#9679; Expert InDesign skills with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator&#9679; Experience with both digital and print design&#9679; Excellent communication and time-management skills&#9679; Organization and file-management experience&#9679; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines&#9679; Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines&#9679; Comfort with repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards&#9679; Experience with pre-press processes and print specifications&#9679; Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is a plusADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS&#9679; Full Time&#9679; Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, IRA, PTO, Sick Time, etc.&#9679; Peachtree City, GA officeTO APPLYPlease submit your resume to mackenzie.briggs@gallopade.com.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What are your minimum salary expectations for this role?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Peachtree City, GA 30269 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
