<div>The Starbucks Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while preparing and serving Starbucks beverages and food items in a fast‑paced hotel environment. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests by upholding Starbucks brand standards and expectations.

Position Overview:

Join the team at the brand-new Embassy Suites Beach Resort as a Barista at our in-house Starbucks. In this role, you&rsquo;ll craft hand-crafted beverages, connect with guests, and create memorable coffee experiences in a beachfront environment that&rsquo;s as energizing as the espresso.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food products to standard</li>
<li>Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace</li>
<li>Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Restock inventory, follow health &amp; safety standards, and support opening/closing duties</li>

<div>The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.

<li>Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including</li>
<li>Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival</li>
<li>Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel</li>
<li> Perform laundry duties as necessary</li>
<li>Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms</li>
<li>Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times</li>
<li>Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary</li>
<li>Report any damages or repairs needed to management</li>
<li>Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager</li></ul>

Room Attendant

<div>The Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing a constant supply of clean linens for the entire hotel. They are also responsible for assisting with inventory control and ordering of supplies when requested.

<li>Sort all linens and treat stains</li>
<li>Load all laundry into washer and add specified cleaning agents</li>
<li>Take wet, clean items and dry as directed</li>
<li>Sort and fold or hang clean dried items</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to general manager</li>

Laundry Attendant

<div>The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing check-ins/outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This position will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.

Guest Service Agent

<div>Executive housekeepers are in charge of overseeing and directing the cleaning activities for a business or hotel. They also prepare the work schedules in advance, handle customer service and complaints.

<li>Establish and/or implement operating procedures and standards</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their crew</li>
<li>Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met</li>
<li>Apply human resource management skills, such as hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating performance</li>
<li>Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget</li>
<li>Handle administrative tasks</li></ul>

Executive Housekeeper

<div>The Chief Engineer is responsible for all administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the hotel as they directly relate to the engineering department. The Chief Engineer is responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the hotel engineering department.
<ul>
<li>Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Comply at all times with Peachtree Hospitality Management Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.</li>
<li>Have knowledge and understanding of all department policies and procedures, and communicate and enforce all policies fairly and consistently with staff.</li>
<li>Supervise and train all engineering staff in SOP&rsquo;s and Loss Prevention standards.</li>
<li>Adhere to the annual budget for the department.</li>
<li>Post all engineering staff schedules and monitor for overtime and changes.</li>
<li>Develop and implement plans to maintain the property, equipment, grounds, and other assets in an acceptable state of repair.</li>
<li>Ensure that all emergency and life safety equipment and systems are inspected, tested, and certified per standards.</li>
<li>Ensure that room maintenance requests are handled in a prompt and courteous manner.</li>
<li>Follow-up on all alarms immediately to determine the exact location and cause. Determine emergency status and report findings to the front desk. Take immediate action as necessary.</li>
<li>Actively participate in energy conservation programs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA).</li>
<li>Administer all vendor contracts controlled by the Engineering department.</li>
<li>Make sure all daily work orders are assigned to proper engineers, either verbally or in writing.</li>
<li>Check inventory on parts and keep in stock all mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment parts.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as requested by management.</li>
<li>Attend and/or conduct all training/meetings as requested by management</li>
