<div><p>The <b>Maintenance Engineer</b> position is responsible for providing technical and maintenance services throughout the hotel to keep the hotel&rsquo;s general equipment and systems in excellent condition.</p>

<li>Assist in checking and making routine repairs and assist on major repairs of all hotel equipment including small appliances, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, boilers, pool equipment, HVAC, hand and power tools and general plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipelines, toilets and sinks, kitchen and laundry equipment.</li>
<li>Service the hotel's pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters; completing maintenance request forms and record logs.</li>
<li>Maintain the building exterior and &quot;curb appeal&quot; (e.g., snow removal, lawn care, painting, trash removal, and gardening).</li>
<li>Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors windows, and counters. Paint and finish furniture and fixtures if needed.</li>
<li>Respond in a courteous manner to all guest questions, complaints, and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Operation of heavy machinery.</li>
<li>Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.</li>
<li>Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.</li>
<li>Assemble, install, and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.</li>
<li>Perform maintenance work orders in a timely manner to maintain guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Communicate with other departments pertaining to guest room conditions.</li>

Hotel Front Office Manager

<div><p>The<b> Chief Engineer</b> is responsible for all administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the hotel as they directly relate to the engineering department. The Chief Engineer is responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the hotel engineering department.</p>

Assistant General Manager

<div><p>The <b>Night Auditor</b> is responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties and providing guest services at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, managing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports.
