<div><p>The<b> Room Attendant</b> will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department. Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the Housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.</p>

<li>Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including</li>
<li>Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival</li>
<li>Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel</li>
<li> Perform laundry duties as necessary</li>
<li>Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms</li>
<li>Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times</li>
<li>Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary</li>
<li>Report any damages or repairs needed to management</li>

Room Attendant

<div><p>The<b> Chief Engineer</b> is responsible for all administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the hotel as they directly relate to the engineering department. The Chief Engineer is responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the hotel engineering department.</p>
<ul>
<li>Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Comply at all times with Peachtree Hospitality Management Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.</li>
<li>Have knowledge and understanding of all department policies and procedures, and communicate and enforce all policies fairly and consistently with staff.</li>
<li>Supervise and train all engineering staff in SOP&rsquo;s and Loss Prevention standards.</li>
<li>Adhere to the annual budget for the department.</li>
<li>Post all engineering staff schedules and monitor for overtime and changes.</li>
<li>Develop and implement plans to maintain the property, equipment, grounds, and other assets in an acceptable state of repair.</li>
<li>Ensure that all emergency and life safety equipment and systems are inspected, tested, and certified per standards.</li>
<li>Ensure that room maintenance requests are handled in a prompt and courteous manner.</li>
<li>Follow-up on all alarms immediately to determine the exact location and cause. Determine emergency status and report findings to the front desk. Take immediate action as necessary.</li>
<li>Actively participate in energy conservation programs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with the American Disabilities Act (ADA).</li>
<li>Administer all vendor contracts controlled by the Engineering department.</li>
<li>Make sure all daily work orders are assigned to proper engineers, either verbally or in writing.</li>
<li>Check inventory on parts and keep in stock all mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment parts.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as requested by management.</li>
<li>Attend and/or conduct all training/meetings as requested by management</li>

<div><p>The <b>Assistant General Manager</b> is responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering Departments. They are committed to provide all guests with quality service and a clean and safe environment throughout their stay, while effectively managing expenses and maximizing service levels. Additionally, they will assist and support front of the house operations as needed.</p>
<ul>
<li>Respond to all guest requests, complaints and/or accidents presented at the Front Desk or through reservation, comment cards, letters and/or phone calls in an attentive, efficient, and courteous manner. Follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.</li>
<li>Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Ability to analyze variances, monitor credit card report and maintain close observation of daily house count.
</li><li>Prepare team member schedules according to business forecast, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements.</li>
<li>Have effective interviewing skills and ability to recruit team members.</li>
<li>Operate all aspects of the front office system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple programming.</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable about the accident prevention program, including safety committee, education/enforcement, and communication of safety issues through department meetings.</li>
<li>Be able to effectively investigate, report and follow-up on employee and guest accidents.</li></ul><br>

Assistant General Manager

<div><p>The <b>Night Auditor</b> is responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties and providing guest services at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, managing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. In addition to these tasks, the Night Auditor will cater to guest needs, including check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries.</p>

<li>Proactive thinking, keeping guest security always in mind, and creating a safe, clean, and friendly work environment.</li>
<li>Responsible for counting cash and maintaining the accuracy of the issued cash drawer at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift.</li>
<li>Check the front desk log for problems, special requests, etc.</li>
<li>Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.</li>
<li>Process guest registrations, including collecting payment.</li>
<li>Maintain room status inventory.</li>
<li>Communicate all pertinent shift information to the Front Office Manager, General Manager, and other desk staff.</li>
<li>Communicates all information to the following shift to ensure a smooth transition.</li>
<li>Works closely with all hotel departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service.</li>
<li>Answers inquiries about hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Explains in-room and hotel features.</li>
<li>Responsible for completing all required shift paperwork, and night audit reports daily.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by management.</li>
