<div>Looking for an upbeat, positive personality who has the skills to create cocktails and provide top tier service. You will be responsible to prepare and serve drinks to customers and be able to mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative drinks in accordance with customers' needs and expectations, including Brand Standards. You will also work closely with kitchen staff to promote specials and Brand signature menu options. The purpose of this position is to interact with the hotel guests and ensure they receive a great experience at the bar or lounge.

Bartender

<div>Bartenders (Part Time) will be responsible for accurately ringing in food orders and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly. Candidates should be skilled at mixing and matching ingredients to create both classic and innovative cocktails that meet customer preferences and expectations. The primary purpose of this position is to engage with hotel guests and ensure they enjoy an exceptional experience at our bar and lounge.

<li>Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
</li>
<li>Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner; take orders and serve drinks and snacks.
</li>
<li>Assess customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and make appropriate recommendations.
</li>
<li>Mix ingredients to create high-quality cocktails and other beverages.
</li>
<li>Check customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
</li>
<li>Restock and maintain bar inventory, supplies, and workstation cleanliness.
</li>
<li>When the cook position is not staffed, prepare menu items in accordance with kitchen and food-safety standards.

<div>The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties and providing guest services at the hotel's front desk. Responsibilities include balancing duties, managing daily paperwork, and preparing shift reports. In addition to these tasks, the Night Auditor will cater to guest needs, including check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries.
<ul>
<li>Proactive thinking, keeping guest security always in mind, and creating a safe, clean, and friendly work environment.</li>
<li>Responsible for counting cash and maintaining the accuracy of the issued cash drawer at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift.</li>
<li>Check the front desk log for problems, special requests, etc.</li>
<li>Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.</li>
<li>Process guest registrations, including collecting payment.</li>
<li>Maintain room status inventory.</li>
<li>Communicate all pertinent shift information to the Front Office Manager, General Manager, and other desk staff.</li>
<li>Communicates all information to the following shift to ensure a smooth transition.</li>
<li>Works closely with all hotel departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service.</li>
<li>Answers inquiries about hotel services; registration of guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Explains in-room and hotel features.</li>
<li>Responsible for completing all required shift paperwork, and night audit reports daily.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by management.</li>
