General Summary: Peachtree Hills Place - The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR department's daily operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This position ensures a smooth and efficient HR function, contributing to a positive workplace environment for our staff and exceptional care for our residents.</p>

Essential Job Duties</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Recruitment and Onboarding:</b></h4><ul><li>
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.</li><li>
Coordinate onboarding processes, including new hire orientation, training schedules, and necessary paperwork.</li><li>
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Associate Relations:</b></h4><ul><li>
Serve as a point of contact for associate inquiries and concerns.</li><li>
Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.</li><li>
Promote a positive work environment through engagement activities and initiatives.</li><li>
Supervises and Coaches HR Coordinator.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Performance Management:</b></h4><ul><li>
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.</li><li>
Provide support and training to managers on performance evaluation processes.</li><li>
Monitor and track associate performance and address any issues or concerns.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compliance and Record-Keeping:</b></h4><ul><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and uptodate Associate records, including personal information, job history, and performance data.</li><li>
Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.</li><li>
Conduct regular file audits and maintain company compliance.</li><li>
Assist crossdepartmental payroll processes.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Training and Development:</b></h4><ul><li>
Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs.</li><li>
Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.</li><li>
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Benefits Administration:</b></h4><ul><li>
Assist in the administration of associate benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.</li><li>
Provide information and support to associates regarding benefit options and enrollment.</li><li>
Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.</li><li>
Support organizational change and development efforts.</li><li>
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications:</b></h4><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR.</li><li>
35 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HRBP or similar role.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.</li><li>
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Certification (e.g., SHRMCP, PHR) is a plus.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Working Conditions:</b></h4><ul><li>
The HR Generalist will work in an office environment within the community.</li><li>
Regular interaction with staff, Members, and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Must be able to handle a fastpaced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>
