 You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact By
 
 
 
 
 
 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad spectrum of acute illnesses and injuries, including higher-acuity presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage episodic and chronic conditions for walk-ins and same-day appointments for ages 2 and up
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform in-clinic procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and additional advanced interventions supported by the Super Center model
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct physicals &mdash; sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate patients for workers&rsquo; compensation injuries
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with a larger on-site clinical team to deliver exceptional care in a higher-volume, higher-complexity setting
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (higher-acuity, emergency medicine, or urgent care experience strongly preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree (NP or PA) and current Georgia licensure
 </li>
 <li>
 ACLS / BLS certification (we will provide this if needed)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong clinical judgment and confidence in medical best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-based approach to patient care paired with respect for provider autonomy in decision-making
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Key Skills &amp; Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (higher-acuity, emergency medicine, or urgent care experience strongly preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree (NP or PA) and current Georgia licensure
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
