Job Location &ndash; Bangalore (Hybrid)

Reporting to &ndash; Senior Manager &ndash; Operations

Key Responsibilities &ndash;
<ul>
<li>Handling customer/internal queries (transaction status, account statements etc)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Handling execution of investments and related transactions for clients</li>
</ul><ul><li>Taking ownership of customer&rsquo;s issues and following problems through to resolution</li>
</ul><ul><li>Vendor management</li>
</ul><ul><li>Processing of application forms for mutual funds, insurance and other transactions (scrutinizing, scanning, data entry, dispatching for processing) everyday within deadlines</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain 100% system adherence by monitoring and tracking various TAT&rsquo;s and SLAs defined at each customer interaction point</li>
</ul><ul><li>Reconciling all transactions daily</li>
</ul><ul><li>MIS Management</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &ndash;
<ul>
<li>Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline</li>
</ul><ul><li>Minimum 3 &ndash; 5 years of industry experience</li>
</ul>
Required Skills-
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills</li>
</ul><ul><li>Good analytical skills</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proficient in MS Excel</li>
</ul><ul><li>Exposure to dashboard management is a plus</li>
</ul><ul><li>High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proven customer service experience</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong entrepreneurial drive</li>
</ul><ul><li>Exhibit a deep sense of responsibility and ownership and operate independently, flexibly and proactively</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to engage with people and build deep and high-quality relationships</li>
</ul>
