Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth across multiple channels and companies. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can develop, communicate, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content marketing, and multichannel marketing, with a proven track record in performance marketing leadership, but also hands-on.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.</li><li>Manage multichannel campaigns that integrate print advertising, online advertising (including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising), and direct sales efforts.</li><li>Lead the development of performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using tools such as SEM Rush, Google Analytics, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and sales goals.</li><li>Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.</li><li>Attend tradeshows, make customer visits, and participate in industry groups.</li><li>Oversee budgeting for the marketing department, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various campaigns.</li><li>Create strong relationships with employees, customers, partners, and the community.</li><li>Mentor and develop the marketing team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and improvement.</li><li>Support and promote the Company&rsquo;s Foundation Document.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>6+ years experience in B2B marketing and 3+ years in leading a marketing department.</li><li>Self-motivated, enjoys working, and outward looking.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.</li><li>Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies including SEO, content creation, social media management, and analytics.</li><li>Excellent research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics evaluation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>leading marketing team: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Marketing: 6 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
