In this role, you'll support our onsite teams by maintaining our Yardi database, assisting with Deposit Accounting, and providing help desk and training support.<br>
<b>What You'll Do</b><ul><li>
Support Yardi users through help desk requests and training</li><li>
Maintain the Yardi database system, workflows, and user security</li><li>
Assist with Deposit Accounting and database management</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and processes</li></ul><b>
Experience Needed:</b><ul><li>
Experience with Yardi Property Management software (PayScan a plus)</li><li>
Knowledge of accounting principles and multifamily operations</li><li>
Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively</li><li>
(Preferred) Familiarity with LIHTC and Section 8 programs</li></ul><b>
