<p>
Peak Nano is seeking a Supply &amp; Demand Planner to support production and development activities for nanolayered film manufacturing programs.</p>
<p>
This role is responsible for balancing customer demand, material availability, metrology capacity, and production scheduling across development and production environments. The Supply &amp; Demand Planner will serve as a critical operational interface between engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure materials, tooling, test capacity, and manufacturing resources are aligned to business priorities.</p>

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments.</p>
<p>
In this role, you will:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Develop and maintain production schedules for extrusion and downstream operations
</p></li><li><p>Coordinate raw material availability to support production and development
</p></li><li><p>Proactively drive mitigation actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders</p>
</li>
<li><p>Maintain demand forecasts and translate into executable manufacturing plans</p>
</li>
<li><p>Track production loading, line utilization, and schedule adherence across operations
</p></li><li><p>Support KPI development and reporting related to delivery performance, inventory health, schedule attainment, and capacity utilization</p>
</li>
<li><p>Help establish and improve planning processes, scheduling tools, and operational workflows as the organization scales</p>
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or a related field</p>
</li>
<li><p>3&ndash;7 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, manufacturing scheduling, or a related operations role</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience working in manufacturing environments supporting both development and production activities</p>
</li>
<li><p>Proven ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple functional teams</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience managing material availability, production scheduling, and operational constraints in fast-paced environments</p>
</li>
<li><p>US Citizenship</p>
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul>
<li><p>Experience supporting polymer processing, film extrusion, converting, or roll-to-roll manufacturing operations</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience in new product introduction (NPI), pilot manufacturing, or production scale-up environments</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience coordinating metrology, quality, or laboratory scheduling activities</p>
</li>
<li><p>Familiarity with inventory management and capacity planning</p>
</li>
<li><p>Experience in advanced materials manufacturing</p>
</li>
