Negotiation &amp; Cost Management<ul><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.</li><li>Secure competitive rates without compromising quality.</li><li>Monitor global market trends affecting used clothing prices.</li><li>Reduce procurement costs through strategic sourcing.</li></ul>3. Quality Control<ul><li>Define quality standards for used clothing.</li><li>Evaluate sample shipments before bulk orders.</li><li>Coordinate inspection processes.</li><li>Ensure consistency of grades (e.g., Cream, Grade A, B, Mixed).</li></ul>4. Logistics &amp; Import Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate shipments with logistics partners.</li><li>Manage:</li><li>Freight forwarders</li><li>Shipping schedules</li><li>Import documentation</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of goods.</li><li>Monitor shipping costs and optimize routes.</li></ul>5. Market Research<ul><li>Track availability of used clothing in different regions.</li><li>Identify emerging sourcing markets.</li><li>Monitor supply-demand trends.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance.</li></ul>6.
