Essential Functions</b></p><p>
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Manager to execute and optimize Pear Suite&rsquo;s marketing programs. This role will focus on driving inbound SaaS customer acquisition, elevating brand awareness, and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns that reflect Pear Suite&rsquo;s mission and impact. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SaaS marketing, a passion for healthcare innovation, and the ability to create compelling, accessible content.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Inbound Marketing &amp; Demand Generation</b></h3><ul><li>
Execute campaigns to attract and convert inbound leads through content marketing, SEO, paid media, and targeted digital efforts.</li><li>
Manage day-to-day campaign operations and coordinate with Sales to ensure lead flow and handoff.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Brand &amp; Messaging</b></h3><ul><li>
Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across channels.<br>
Support refinement of Pear Suite&rsquo;s positioning in healthcare technology and CHW enablement.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Content Creation</b></p><ul><li>
Produce and manage high-quality content such as case studies, email campaigns, social media, and basic design collateral.</li><li>
Support content development for webinars, product updates, and customer stories.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Product Marketing Support</b></h3><ul><li>
Assist with go-to-market plans for feature releases and product updates.</li><li>
Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure messaging alignment.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Communications &amp; PR</b></h3><ul><li>
Support external communications, including announcements, press releases, partner spotlights, and speaking/event submissions.</li><li>
Monitor media opportunities and support reputation-building activities in key markets and communities.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Marketing Analytics &amp; Optimization</b></h3><ul><li>
Track, report, and interpret core marketing metrics.</li><li>
Recommend data-backed adjustments to improve campaign performance and ROI.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Partnership &amp; Community Engagement</b></h3><ul><li>
Coordinate marketing activities with partners, industry groups, and community health stakeholders.</li><li>
Support events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></h3><ul><li>
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive campaigns and messaging.</li><li>
Manage external vendors or freelancers as needed.</li></ul><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS or a healthcare-related company.</li><li>
Hands-on experience in inbound marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation.</li><li>
Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).</li><li>
Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially in translating complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging content.</li><li>
Data-driven approach with experience pulling and interpreting marketing analytics.</li><li>
Passion for healthcare, social impact, and technology-enabled solutions.</li><li>
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

The hourly rate for this position is $80,000 - $120,000/yr. depending on level of experience</li><li>
