The Role
We&rsquo;re looking for a deeply technical Senior Frontend Engineer to own the end-to-end user experience of the Dealops platform. From dynamic quote builders and approval workflows to AI-driven configuration flows, dashboards, and admin customization interfaces.
You will turn messy spreadsheets and clunky legacy tools into instant, reliable, elegant UI systems that define the category. The right candidate sees frontend engineering as both art and systems design, loves turning complexity into clarity, and thrives in fast product iteration with design and product partners.
What You&rsquo;ll Build

Must Haves<ul><li>5+ years of frontend engineering experience</li><li>Deep expertise in React + TypeScript</li><li>Experience building complex, data-dense, dependency-heavy UIs</li><li>Strong systems-thinking: component modeling, state management, performance patterns</li><li>Experience working hand-in-hand with designers through rapid iteration</li><li>A track record of shipping high-stakes or high-accuracy UIs</li><li>Ability to understand backend data flows (SQL knowledge a plus)</li></ul>

The Role: Senior Backend Engineer
We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced backend engineer to architect and scale the core systems behind the next-generation deal pricing platform. You&rsquo;ll own critical backend components, including workflow orchestration, pricing engines, AI agent integration, and high-accuracy data infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, values correctness, and enjoys shaping deep technical foundations at an early-stage company.
What You&rsquo;ll Build<ul><li>Architect core backend systems powering deal pricing, modeling, approvals, and workflow automation.</li><li>Build scalable services in TypeScript/Node + PostgreSQL to support complex quoting logic, multi-step approval workflows, and real-time decisioning.</li><li>Design and extend the workflow engine used by Sales &amp; Finance teams across different customers with highly customizable conditions.</li><li>Work closely with Vinay (CTO) to define the long-term systems roadmap across integrations, agents, ingestion systems, and reliability.</li><li>Integrate and productionize AI Agents to blend deterministic systems with intelligent automation.</li><li>Build admin tooling that leverages natural language and LLMs to reduce onboarding configuration time by 10x.</li><li>Own the full lifecycle of features: design architecture review implementation reliability.</li></ul>

The opportunity
We&rsquo;re hiring our Founding Product Designer to define and shape the core product experiences for sales reps to RevOps to Finance across the GTM ecosystem . You&rsquo;ll have the chance to build from first principles, set the design bar, and craft the foundations of our design practice.
This is an in-person role in our San Francisco office.
