We are looking for a highly proactive, self-driven individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities and consistently demonstrates leadership and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Support:<ul><li>Assist dentists during dental procedures by preparing instruments, materials, and ensuring infection control protocols are strictly followed.</li><li>Maintain a sterile and clean environment in the treatment rooms before, during, and after procedures.</li><li>Take responsibility for patient care, ensuring patients are comfortable, informed, and well cared for before, during, and after treatments.</li><li>Manage dental records, ensuring accurate documentation of patient information and treatment details.</li></ul>Proactive Patient Care:<ul><li>Identify ways to enhance the patient experience by taking proactive steps to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients, providing reassurance and guidance where necessary.</li><li>Anticipate patient needs and prepare for treatments without waiting for instructions.</li><li>Conduct follow-up calls to patients following treatments to ensure their recovery is on track and address any concerns they may have.</li></ul>Leadership and Initiative:<ul><li>Take initiative to solve problems and address clinic needs without waiting to be directed.</li><li>Assist in training new staff members and act as a mentor to junior staff when needed.</li><li>Lead by example in maintaining high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.</li><li>Actively participate in team meetings to provide feedback and suggest improvements to clinic procedures and patient care protocols.</li></ul>Inventory and Equipment Management:<ul><li>Take ownership of inventory control, ensuring that all dental materials, instruments, and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.</li><li>Identify and report any equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth clinic operations.</li><li>Take initiative to order supplies and ensure the clinic is fully equipped to meet patient demands.</li></ul>Compliance and Safety:<ul><li>Ensure the clinic complies with DHA regulations and all health and safety guidelines.</li><li>Manage the sterilization process and maintain infection control practices in accordance with UAE healthcare standards.</li><li>Handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.</li></ul>Key Qualities We Are Looking For:We are seeking a top performer (A-Player) who stands out from the crowd by consistently exceeding expectations. You take responsibility for your role and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.</li><li>Attention to Detail &ndash; You ensure all procedures are followed meticulously and nothing is overlooked.</li><li>Patient-Centric Approach &ndash; You prioritize the patient experience and work to make every interaction a positive one.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>DHA license or eligibility to work as a Dental Nurse in Dubai.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English</li><li>Strong understanding of infection control protocols and dental procedures.</li><li>Basic IT skills to manage patient records and clinic systems.</li><li>BLS certified</li><li>ACLS certified</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Patient satisfaction scores</li><li>Number of proactive improvements suggested and implemented</li><li>Accuracy and completeness of patient records</li><li>Inventory management effectiveness</li><li>Compliance with DHA regulations</li><li>Number of follow-up calls completed and patient feedback from those interactions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Dentists need not apply for the post of dental nurse, and these applications will not be considered.</li></ul>
