Pearl is seeking an energetic, sharp, detail-oriented Community &amp; Partner Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced marketing team. This role will support Pearl&rsquo;s engagement with dental industry partners as well as the broader dental community across a wide range of marketing, communications, educational and experiential activities.</p><p>
The Community &amp; Partner Marketing Coordinator will collaborate across marketing, sales and customer success as well as with a wide range of external partners to maximize the quality, reach and consistency of Pearl&rsquo;s messaging and brand to an expansive global dental audience. This is an early-career role ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator and project manager, who is capable of accelerating outcomes with hands-on production and execution.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Role Summary</b></h3><p>
The Community &amp; Partner Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of partner programs, community engagement, and event-related marketing activities. This role ensures that partners, media collaborators, and community channels are activated consistently and professionally.</p><p>
This is an <b>ops-forward, coordination-heavy role</b> with light creative and copy responsibilities.</p><p><b><br>
Who We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee company presence and engagement in online communities, including Facebook groups and Reddit forums.</li><li>
Coordinate with channel partners, trade groups, and other sponsors on deliverables and timelines</li><li>
Curate and distribute existing content through partner and community channels</li><li>
Manage social media scheduling and day-to-day engagement</li><li>
Provide basic marketing operations support (lists, tracking, coordination)</li><li>
Support webinar setup and logistics</li><li>
Assist with pre- and post-event marketing activities</li></ul><p><b><br>
