Job Summary:Responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations, along with handling general administration, office maintenance, vendor management, and support functions to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:1. Human Resources:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment process &ndash; sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offer release, and onboarding.</li><li>Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.</li><li>Prepare and process monthly payroll including statutory deductions (ESI, PF, PT, TDS).</li><li>Handle employee grievances, performance monitoring, and discipline management.</li><li>Maintain and update HRMIS / DMS records regularly.</li><li>Conduct induction and training programs for new employees.</li><li>Assist in formulating HR policies and implementing company standards.</li><li>Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS reports for management review.</li><li>Support in performance appraisal process and employee engagement activities.</li></ul>2. Administration:<ul><li>Manage office infrastructure, cleanliness, and security.</li><li>Handle vendor management &ndash; stationery, housekeeping, vehicle maintenance, etc.</li><li>Coordinate with external agencies for licensing, AMC renewals, and compliance.</li><li>Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and event coordination.</li><li>Maintain asset register and ensure accountability for company property.</li><li>Monitor utility payments &ndash; electricity, internet, rent, etc.</li><li>Supervise security and housekeeping staff performance.</li><li>Support in 5S implementation and workplace safety measures.</li></ul>3. Statutory &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure ESI, PF, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and government officials for inspections or audits.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely submission of returns.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR processes and statutory laws.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR software (DMS, Excel, etc.).</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Qualification: MBA / PG Diploma in HR or related field.</li><li>Experience: 3&ndash;7 years in HR &amp; Admin functions (preferably in automotive/service industry).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
