Our Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience working as a Mechanical Draughtsman within the UAE, across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and submission standards, especially:</li><li>DEWA (Dubai Electricity &amp; Water Authority)</li><li>SEWA (Sharjah Electricity &amp; Water Authority)</li><li>FEWA (Federal Electricity &amp; Water Authority)</li><li>Civil Defense (for fire-fighting and HVAC approvals)</li><li>Expertise in preparing and modifying shop drawings and as-built drawings for:</li><li>Plumbing &amp; Drainage Systems</li><li>Fire-Fighting Systems</li><li>HVAC Systems (Ducting, chilled water piping, etc.)</li><li>Familiar with MEP coordination drawings and builder&rsquo;s work drawings.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of ensuring drawings meet consultant and authority requirements.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills with design teams, site engineers, and consultants.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE building codes, MEP installation practices, and submission procedures.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED4,500.00 per month

Mechanical Draughtsman

Electrical Engineer &ndash; Our Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Engineer in the UAE, preferably in MEP contracting or consultancy roles.</li><li>Full understanding of low-voltage systems, lighting &amp; power layouts, load schedules, and MEP coordination.</li><li>Familiarity with local authority procedures and design standards, particularly:</li><li>DEWA (Dubai)</li><li>SEWA (Sharjah)</li><li>FEWA (Northern Emirates)</li><li>Experience with MEP coordination drawings, single-line diagrams, and authority-compliant submissions.</li><li>Capable of preparing and reviewing load calculations, material submittals, and BOQs.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, Dialux, and other electrical design tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of UAE regulations, site conditions, and construction sequences.</li><li>Ability to liaise confidently with consultants, site teams, suppliers, and inspection bodies.</li><li>Must have experience in project planning, inspection readiness, and commissioning support.</li><li>Excellent documentation, leadership, and communication skills.</li><li>Driving License is essential.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>site: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>

Electrical Engineer
