Not only do we aim to offer high quality work but also are loyal, honest, respectful, polite, kind and loving.We want to build a great relationship with our customers and want to welcome a member to our team who shares the same values.Purpose of Role:This is a very unique roleWe are looking for someone who is already currently working but their job offers flexibility where you can have our phone with you at all times and respond to clients and staff when required.The phone is not always busy and very easily manageable.You must take complete responsibility of our booking system including working closely with both customers and staff to offer a seamless booking service.All communication channels are via phone calls, WhatsApp and some on emails.RESPONSIBILITIES:Some of the responsibilities, but not limited to, include:&middot; Taking full responsibility of our customer booking system including building a close relationship with clients and staff&middot; Must be able to communicate and support the staff well&middot; Providing customer advice dealing with all forms of customer communication including Inbound/outbound phone calls, messages and emails.&middot; Being able to naturally sell services to clients that benefit both parties&middot; Dealing with day-to-day problems, customer complaints and continuously seeking for solutions&middot; Being the go-to person for all booking &amp; detailing queries&middot; Taking ownership to resolve member&rsquo;s queries or complaints.This is a growing company and requires honest work done whole heartedly in order to help develop and grow the company.This role will continuously change as the company grows and developsREQUIREMENTS&middot; Have great oral and written communication skills in both English &amp; Arabic. (Must Be Fluent) &middot; Must have good knowledge &amp; understanding about the car wash &amp; detailing industry and generally has a good understanding of the automotive industry.
