We are currently looking for a new Female Admin Receptionist to join our vibrant team.Work Schedule: 2/2 shifts | 9:30 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM Employment: Official, full-time Benefits: Visa sponsorship, medical insurance, official employmentFront Desk Operations &amp; Customer Service<ul><li>Greet and welcome patients and visitors professionally.</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.</li><li>Handle patient inquiries (in person, phone, email) regarding services, hours, fees, and procedures.</li><li>Register new patients, verify personal and insurance info, and enter data accurately.</li><li>Use NABIDH, UniteCare, and other systems for data entry and patient management.</li><li>Notify clinical staff of arrivals and manage patient flow.</li><li>Address and escalate patient concerns as needed.</li><li>Provide guidance on check-ins, payments, and prep for appointments.</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Organizational Duties<ul><li>Ensure compliance with UAE data protection laws and DHA regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation (registration forms, appointment logs, etc.).</li><li>Use systems (NABIDH, UniteCare, etc.) for scheduling, billing, and reporting.</li><li>Ensure timely data entry and reporting to avoid operational or regulatory issues.</li><li>Prevent unauthorized data access and report breaches immediately.</li><li>Assist in preparing administrative paperwork (e.g. consent forms, billing records).</li><li>Join training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on policies and systems.</li><li>Implement clinic policies, procedures, and updates from management.</li></ul>Office Equipment &amp; Supplies Handling<ul><li>Properly use and maintain equipment (computers, phones, printers, etc.).</li><li>Report equipment malfunctions promptly.</li><li>Monitor inventory (stationery, forms, brochures) and report shortages.</li><li>Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records in clinic systems.</li><li>Securely handle sensitive data and financial info in compliance with regulations.</li></ul>Professional Development<ul><li>Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills.</li><li>Stay informed on best practices in customer service and admin processes.</li><li>Share suggestions to improve clinic efficiency and patient experience.</li><li>Meet development and performance standards as set by the employer.</li></ul>Reception Area Setup<ul><li>Prepare the reception area before clinic hours, ensuring readiness of supplies and systems.</li><li>Ensure NABIDH and UniteCare software are operational before starting duties.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re enthusiastic, committed, and eager to grow with us, we would love to hear from you!Please do not call or WhatsApp regarding this position, you may message through Indeed only.
