Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Data Entry and Bookkeeping:</li><li>Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all financial transactions.</li><li>Accounts Payable:</li><li>Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies.</li><li>Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare and execute timely payments to suppliers.</li><li>Accounts Receivable:</li><li>Prompt issuance of customer invoices and statements.</li><li>Conduct follow-ups on outstanding payments and reconcile customer accounts.</li><li>Ensure accurate recording of incoming payments and update customer records as necessary.</li><li>Bank Reconciliation:</li><li>Regularly reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.</li><li>Investigate and rectify any discrepancies or issues identified.</li><li>Expense Management:</li><li>Process and verify employee expense reports, ensuring alignment with company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of company expenses and manage timely employee reimbursements.</li><li>GST Filing and Compliance:</li><li>Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST regulations and liaise with tax authorities as required.</li><li>Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations and advise on the implications for company operations.</li><li>Financial Reporting:</li><li>Support the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Assist in financial audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.</li><li>Budgeting and Forecasting:</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management.</li><li>General Administrative Support:</li><li>Provide additional administrative support as needed to assist the finance team and overall business operations.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with specific experience in GST filing and compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and GST filing platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with specific accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.</li><li>Certification or advanced coursework in accounting (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with broader tax regulations and compliance requirements.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,742.13 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>GST: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
