Job Title: Arabic ReceptionistLocation: Khalifa City A Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a dedicated, active, and professional Arabic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be flexible, well-organized, and capable of efficiently managing front desk responsibilities.Working Hours:<ul><li>8 hours daily (12:00 PM to 09:00 PM including one hour break)</li><li>6 days a week, one day off</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and understanding)</li><li>Valid residence visa</li><li>Available to join immediately</li><li>Active, flexible, and well-organized</li><li>Working knowledge of general administrative practices</li><li>Computer literate with moderate typing speed</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet patients as they arrive and assist them professionally</li><li>Answer and manage incoming phone calls</li><li>Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments</li><li>Arrange follow-up appointments and provide reminder calls</li><li>Coordinate with medical insurance providers regarding co-payments</li><li>Verify payment methods and collect payments when required</li></ul>If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to join immediately, we encourage you to apply.
