Responsibilities
The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. In this position, you will be required to:
<ul><li>Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
</li><li>Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
</li><li>Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing
</li><li>Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues
</li><li>Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination

</li></ul>Schedule Requirements
Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of 7:15am and 8:30pm, and about 2 Saturdays per month. Sunday shifts would be infrequent, but a possibility if the need arises. Candidate must be opento flexible scheduling.
This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 12- 15 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.
Schedules are available at least 2 weeks in advance.
Qualifications

 As a member of the Professional Certification Content Development team, you will facilitate in-person and virtual content development workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) to write and review exam items and assemble examinations. You will evaluate test items applying best practices in assessment and statistical performance data. You will also be responsible for managing item banks as well as assembling exam forms. You will work closely with members of other teams, including Project Managers, Psychometrics, and Test Publishing to ensure that the exams you develop are accurate, valid, and completed on time.
 
 
 
 
 Your responsibilities will include the timely completion of detailed quality control tasks for ensuring that published exams meet content and functionality specifications and are error-free. The Test Centre Administrator is responsible for providing a secure exam/test delivery whilst offering exceptional customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 In this important position, you will be required to:

 Welcome, greet, and check in customers/test-taking candidates.

 Comply with all exam testing security and procedures and follow company policies using careful judgment.
 </li>

 Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents and explain the exam testing process/rules.
 </li>
 
 
 <li>
 Proctor / invigilate candidates while they are completing their exam/test.
 </li>
 
 
 <li>
 Troubleshoot with internal departments, such as our IT department to fix any technical issues in the Test Centre.
