Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>
Set tables, including tablecloth, flatware, china and centers. Clear table and reset at a quick pace.</li><li>
Greet guests immediately upon their being seated, with coffee and juice in the morning and bread in the afternoon, evening and during buffets.</li><li>
Stock stations, to include linen, and maintain their order and cleanliness.</li><li>
Check that glassware and silver are clean and polished, inspecting for spots, residual soap and fingerprints.</li><li>
Stock clean silver.</li><li>
Keep ice bins in kitchen, at bar and on floor full, returning ice scoop to proper location.</li><li>
Make coffee and ensure that pots are full, properly marked and polished.</li><li>
Stock adequate numbers of coffee cups and saucers inside stations, checking that they are clean and free of stains.</li><li>
Check and maintain the stock of B &amp; B's, caddies, creamers, and clean towels.</li><li>
Carry trays of dirty dishes to dishwasher and unload rack properly.</li><li>
Clean up spills immediately, especially around ice bin.</li><li>
Offer desserts to guests at the end of their meal, describing each dessert clearly and accurately.</li><li>
Provide coffee and tea service.</li><li>
Close side work by cleaning area, re-stocking supplies and refilling condiments.</li><li>
Set-up and break down special events and buffets, to include moving tables, chairs and other furniture as necessary.</li><li>
Set-up food on the buffet table and transport food from the kitchen to the buffet as needed.</li><li>
Assist Servers as necessary, throughout meal service.</li><li>
Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety, health and general policies and procedures.</li></ul> 


Absolutely Required Skills:

Good communication skills.</li><li>
Food safety certification required.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul> 


Desired Skills:

Previous experience preferred.</li></ul>
