Now we&rsquo;re looking for a performance marketer who can handle our E-Commerce clients and generate solid results for them (End conversions)

The ideal candidate needs to show us:

<ul><li>ROAS Case Studies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Expert knowledge when it comes to testing everything</li></ul>
<ul><li>Advanced Scaling Methods</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proof inside your BM</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent work ethic</li></ul>

By Nature, you should be
<ul><li>A self-driver, self-motivated person
</li><li>Someone who can drive the results and coordinate with clients on your own
</li><li>Confident to drive the results and coordinate with clients and director of the company
</li><li><ul><li>Campaign set up (Google, Facebook most of the time)
</li><li>Creation, optimization of ads including ad copy
</li><li>Campaign testing
</li><li>Audience management &amp; research
</li><li>Re-marketing
</li><li>Campaign Optimization
</li><li>Monthly Campaign performance reporting to clients and director of the company
</li></ul></li></ul>Your usual daily tasks will be as below

Work experience: 1-5 Years of experience into Performance marketing/ paid online advertising.
Joining terms:

For the first 3 months, we&rsquo;re looking to work with you on virtual assistance basis, which means you&rsquo;ll work with us remotely and parallelly you can continue doing what you&rsquo;re doing currently and when we have good association with you, we&rsquo;ll have review with you and may hire you on full time basis
Location: Anywhere/ Remote
Compensation: Will be right for the right candidate and will be discussed during the Interview
