Description: We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Photo Editor to support our growing Creative &amp; Merchandising teams onsite in Dublin, Ohio.This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce production, creative execution, and visual consistency. You&rsquo;ll be the person helping bring Pebby Forevee products to life through polished, on-brand imagery that enhances the customer experience and supports the growth of our ecommerce business.If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and love creating visually cohesive product imagery, this role is for you.About the Role:In this role, you will support and coordinate:<ul><li>Edit ecommerce product imagery, including on-figure photography, blank model assets, and graphic overlay images</li><li>Apply graphic overlays to blank model photography for ecommerce product listings</li><li>Monitor available blank model imagery and proactively flag gaps by style, color, or model so the team can plan reshoots with current models</li><li>Create and manage AI flats for apparel and accessories</li><li>Perform color correction, retouching, and image cleanup for product catalog and graphic production needs</li><li>Maintain consistency in lighting, tone, color, and overall brand aesthetic across product imagery</li><li>Organize and maintain digital photo assets, image folders, and editing workflows</li><li>Support the Creative Team with day-to-day editing, production tasks, and execution of the brand vision</li></ul>*this is not an all-inclusive list; and roles &amp; responsibilities may change over timeWhat We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organization skills</li><li>Experience with ecommerce photo editing and retouching</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>A proactive and resourceful mindset</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required) Skills<ul><li>Experience working with fashion or apparel ecommerce brands</li><li>Understanding of product photography workflows and ecommerce production</li><li>Experience creating AI flats or digital apparel mockups</li><li>A passion for branding, ecommerce, and visual storytelling</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love This Role<ul><li>Work with a creative, fast-growing brand</li><li>Opportunity to contribute directly to the customer experience</li><li>Collaborative and supportive team environment</li><li>Hands-on involvement in creative production and ecommerce growth</li><li>Direct impact on the visual identity of the brand</li></ul>Details of Position &amp; Benefits:Salary Position $42K- $45KOnsite M-F | Dublin, OH | 8am&ndash;4:30pmPTO + holiday payMonthly developmental &amp; team-building eventsVast growth potentialPay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
