What Makes You a Great Fit

We're seeking an influential Principal Strategic Partnerships Director to join Pebl's Global Partnerships team.

You'll shape and expand our partner ecosystem across Venture Capital, Private Equity firms, and international partners, driving high-impact partnerships that fuel scalable growth.

In this role, you will be focused on identifying and developing strategic consulting relationships with key partners for Pebl. You'll lead multiple work streams across partnership identification and activation, governance, go-to-market strategy, and partner enablement &mdash; translating strategic relationships into measurable GTM productivity.

This is a high-visibility role on a team focused on growth, scalability, and impact, reporting directly to the VP, Worldwide Partnerships.

How You'll Make an Impact</h3>

Partnership Development and Monetization:
<ul>
<li>Drive new revenue streams by identifying, securing, and scaling strategic partnerships with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms, ecosystem platforms, and enterprise customers that align with Pebl's growth objectives.</li>
<li>Accelerate topline impact by developing monetization models &mdash; including referral pipelines, channel sales agreements, co-sell programs, and embedded benefit offerings &mdash; that directly contribute to recurring ARR.</li>
<li>Prioritize partnerships by revenue potential, leveraging data on market overlap, customer lifetime value, and expansion opportunity to ensure the highest ROI on partner engagement.</li>
<li>Manage the full partnership lifecycle (sourcing, negotiation, activation, and renewal) with a focus on measurable outcomes &mdash; revenue contribution, lead volume, and margin impact &mdash; not just relationship breadth.</li>
<li>Create joint go-to-market strategies that translate partnerships into predictable, scalable revenue opportunities.</li>
</ul>
Strategic Partnerships &amp; Revenue Acceleration
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the VP of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Product to translate partnership potential into direct revenue outcomes &mdash; e.g., co-marketing conversions, bundled product offerings, and partner-led deals.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Build structured partner success frameworks (scorecards, SLAs, and QBRs) to hold partners accountable for shared revenue KPIs, pipeline velocity, and customer acquisition goals.</li>
<li>Identify and implement cross-sell and up-sell initiatives across Pebl's customer base that leverage partner products and services to increase per-customer revenue.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate and optimize partnership portfolio performance, using revenue contribution, CAC efficiency, and margin lift as key success indicators.</li>
<li>Surface actionable market intelligence and partner insights to guide Pebl's product and commercial roadmap toward the future.</li>
</ul>
Contract Negotiations:
<ul>
<li>Lead contract discussions with potential and existing partners, ensuring our company's best interests are safeguarded.</li>

<ul><li>10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management within HR Tech, SaaS, PEO, or EOR environments.</li>
<li>Proven success developing VC/PE relationships and converting those networks into scalable partnership pipelines.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise building joint GTM programs, reseller or integration partnerships, and managing multi-stakeholder negotiations.</li>
<li>Strong operational skills &mdash; comfortable leading through ambiguity and driving clarity across global teams.</li>
<li>Executive-level communication and relationship-building abilities; confident working with C-suite leaders internally and externally.</li>

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for both our supported employees and clients. This role involves cultivating positive relationships, efficiently managing HR data, and providing expert guidance on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of employment law, and a highly organized, efficient, and approachable demeanor.

 How You'll Make an Impact
<ul>
<li>Coordinate all aspects of on onboarding and offboarding for supported employees, collaborating closely with global internal teams (Immigration, Payroll) and external service providers.</li>
<li>Provide expert-level support to our clients, managing client queries and advising on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting, and other HR matters acting as a regional expert.</li>
<li>Manage client relationships in conjunction with members of the client services team</li>
<li>Drive employee satisfaction amongst our supported employees with sincerity and passion, always with a customer service mindset</li>
<li>Drive client satisfaction through quick onboarding timelines and always maintaining our resolution time SLA</li>
<li>Assist in training new members on your team</li>
<li>Manage and audit all HR records, including personal information, onboarding and offboarding documents, personal documents, contract documents, and job-specific information</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with the local employment law in every process and notify proper points of contact of any rectification needs</li>
<li>Be aware of applicable Collective Agreements and partner with required teams to ensure compliance</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams who require regional-specific expertise (examples include but are not limited to Knowledge Base maintenance, and Product Development)</li>
<li>Anticipate and identify potential issues, assist in the root cause analysis, and raise it to the concerned teams while ensuring proper resolution</li>
