<div>The Umi Host provides a warm greeting for guest, circulate the room while seating guests and accommodate the initial interaction between guest and the service team. The Umi Host should permeate a welcoming persona to each guest walking by or into the restaurant. Their purpose is to start the dining experience from the moment the guest arrives. The Umi Host is the first and last impression of the venue to guests. The Umi Host controls the pace at which a restaurant fills and can affect the fluidity of an entire shift and is responsible for correctly handling cash, credit, and comp procedures, as well as, properly completing paperwork and providing guest service.
 
 
FOUR DIAMOND SERVICE AGREEMENT
 
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino.
 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
<ul><li>Check reservation books, call reservations and confirm, and take reservations accurately.
</li><li>Greet every guest upon arrival or on the phone with a smile and professional greeting.
</li><li>Assign guests seating in accordance with table and stations rotation.
</li><li>Control waitlist and reservations sheets for each shift.
</li><li>Walk each guest/party to table in a pace that is appropriate for the guest, pull out chairs for ladies, hand out menus, and wish guests a pleasurable dining experience.
</li><li>Perform assigned cashier duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
</li><li>Count and verify all cash exchanges to outlet servers and guests.
</li><li>Process guest charges including credit cards, room charges, comps, discounts, and cash payments.
</li><li>Reconcile and complete all required daily reports.
</li><li>Make change or exchanges for internal guests.
</li><li>Assist in the preparation of daily bank deposits.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: A High school education or equivalent and at least one-year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred to successfully perform this job.
 
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. This position also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Furthermore, this position also requires the ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the organization.
 
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: This position requires the ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. This position also requires the ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
 
 
REASONING ABILITY: This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. This position also requires the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Umi Host

<div>The Blends Barista ensures courteous, prompt and knowledgeable service of food and beverage to ensure total satisfaction of guest experience. This position is also responsible for keeping the Blends display&rsquo;s, counters, work areas and dining area clean and supplies stocked.

</li><li>Work as a team player and assists coworkers in achieving goals of outlet. Is capable of being crossed trained.
</li><li>Display knowledge of food and beverage available in Blends.
</li><li>Responsible for taking guest order&rsquo;s, placing them in Micros (POS) and collecting payment.
</li><li>Display accurate knowledge of food and beverage pricing.
</li><li>Follow proper cash handling procedures, maintain the cash drawer and follow appropriate closing cash policies.
</li><li>Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner and is able to meet their needs.
</li><li>Re- stock condiments and etc.
</li><li>Set and clear tables and chairs according to the outlet standards.
</li><li>Sweep and mop floors.
</li><li>Empty trash as needed.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned.

ACCOUNTABILITY: This Blends Barista has no supervisory responsibilities. The Team Member is responsible for protecting the assets of PRC.

This position also requires the ability to write simple correspondence. Furthermore, this position also requires the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other Team Members of the organization.

<div>The Table Games Scheduler is responsible to administer, gather, and process all relevant information required to prepare and implement staff schedules for the Table Operations Division.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

</li><li>Adhere to, and ensure, compliance with all policies, procedures, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), internal controls, and government regulations.
</li><li>Effectively communicate with supervisors and obtain required approvals and acknowledgements according to established policies and procedures.
</li><li>Initiate and develop systems for the collection of all data needed to prepare schedules.
</li><li>Process authorized documents and records for scheduling.
</li><li>Prepare and maintain attendance reports and time sheets.
</li><li>Prepare weekly schedules for division staff as directed.
</li><li>Generate daily staffing reports according to established procedures and distribute as necessary.
</li><li>Produce bi-weekly overtime analysis.
</li><li>Address all scheduling inquiries.
</li><li>Collect and administer all shift change and time off requests.
</li><li>Update and communicate variances in FTE levels.
</li><li>Maintain and update personnel and disciplinary records.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. This position also requires the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.
 
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
