POSITION SUMMARY</div></div><div><div>
The Grant Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial management and compliance of both federal and non-federal grants. While not directly responsible for grant writing or submission, this role provides critical financial inputs during proposal development and ensures post-award financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and well-versed in grant-related financial operations.</div></div><div></div><div><div>
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Collaborate with program and development teams to provide financial data, budget templates, and cost estimates for grant proposals.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Ensure proposed budgets align with organizational policies and funding agency requirements.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, and financial performance across multiple funding sources.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., 2 CFR Part 200) and non-federal grantor guidelines.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and grant documentation.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Prepare and submit financial reports and reimbursement requests to grantors.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Track reporting deadlines and ensure timely submission of all financial deliverables.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Support program teams with financial data for programmatic reports.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Assist with internal and external audits related to grant funding.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Ensure proper documentation and procedures for grant closeout.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Monitor subrecipient financial compliance when applicable.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Serve as a financial liaison between finance, program, and development teams.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Communicate grant-related financial requirements and updates to internal stakeholders.</div></li></ul></div></div><div></div><div><div><div><br>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in financial management of federal and/or non-federal grants.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Strong understanding of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and other grant compliance frameworks.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Proficiency in financial systems and grant management software.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</div></li></ul></div><div></div><div><div><br>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
Experience with federal agencies (e.g., HUD, DOJ, HHS) and private foundations.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Familiarity with Grants.gov, SAM.gov, and foundation portals.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Certification in Grants Management (e.g., CGMS)..</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Ability to manage multiple grants and deadlines simultaneously.</div></li></ul></div></div><div></div><div>
