Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>
Welcome and register guests</li><li>
Make daily reservations</li><li>
Handle telephone inquiries relating to The Golden Plough Inn and Peddler's Village</li><li>
Displaying a friendly and positive attitude towards all guests</li><li>
Resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.</li></ul>
Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>
Ability to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends &amp; holidays)</li><li>
High school graduate or equivalent.</li><li>
Previous hotel front office experience is preferred</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
Requires strong communication skills.</li></ul>

Hotel Front Desk Agent

<div>Peddler's Village, recently voted the #1 Shopping Center in the country by USA Today, is in search of a Marketing &amp; Communications Manager!
The Marketing &amp; Communications Manager is responsible for providing support to the department and to Peddler&rsquo;s Village operations by creatively and administratively contributing to strategy development, social media, media and public relations, advertising, metrics reporting and analysis, and information systems management.
What you will do:<ul><li>Support the Director of Sales &amp; Marketing on all marketing-related activities, including social media, the development and implementation of promotional materials, website and blog content, mobile app, e-blasts, advertising plans and placement, press releases, media lists, photography, videography, and metrics/results reporting, and influencers.</li><li>Support short-term marketing, long-term marketing, and overall branding objectives by developing online content strategy</li><li>Work with creative services manager to monitor and update website content, including blog posts, on five sites: Peddler&rsquo;s Village, Golden Plough Inn, Giggleberry Fair, Earl&rsquo;s New American, and Buttonwood Grill</li><li>Coordinate with PV management/marketing team and merchants for content for social media and eblasts</li><li>Create content (copy and images/video) for, make connections on, monitor, and provide responses as appropriate on all Peddler&rsquo;s Village social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Tik Tok, and others</li><li>Create, manage and monitor activity on ads on social media channels</li><li>Monitor, update, and maintain Peddler&rsquo;s Village&rsquo;s mobile app</li><li>Monitor and update profiles and images for Peddler&rsquo;s Village and all of its operations/businesses on TripAdvisor, Google My Business, OpenTable, Yelp, Visit Bucks County, Visit Philly, and other online platforms</li><li>Create and distribute press releases as required</li><li>Upload events to various external online calendars as required (Visit Bucks County, Philly Fun Guide, Bucks County Alive, METRO, Patch, Delaware River Towns, etc.)</li><li>Support festival initiatives and operations as required, including sponsorship sales and support</li><li>Conduct market research as required</li><li>Participate in regular/weekly meetings related to marketing</li><li>Create copy for and/or review, copyedit, and proof marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency</li><li>Maintain eblast subscriber lists</li><li>Monitor, record, and prepare monthly reports on earned publicity</li><li>Maintain a master marketing calendar and communicate deadlines with staff members</li><li>Maintain advertising log</li><li>Maintain a central archive of printed materials for institutional use</li><li>Support community relations efforts (i.e. donations, etc.)</li><li>Assist in processing vendor invoices for approval and payment</li></ul> 
What you should have:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, or related field</li><li>Excellent writing and communications skills, with exceptionally strong attention to detail and proofreading</li><li>Experience in managing WordPress websites</li><li>Experience in representing businesses/organizations on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media channels</li><li>Success in boosting engagement and building followers on social media by producing creative content</li><li>Experience in creating videos for social media</li><li>Understanding of copyright laws and commitment to securing permissions before sharing material not owned by Peddler&rsquo;s Village</li><li>Familiarity with website and social media analytics analysis and reporting</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as with a variety of teams and effectively handle multiple projects with a constant eye on deadlines and budgets</li><li>Capacity to interact with colleagues, merchants, and Peddler&rsquo;s Village guests in a polished, professional manner</li><li>Graphic design skills/sensibilities preferred</li><li>Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li><li>Experience with Meltwater, MailChimp, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, and/or other similar programs.</li><li>Candidates must be available on select weekends and evenings to attend/cover festivals and other events.</li><li>On-site, regular 5 days/week work schedule.</li></ul>
