 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own hiring pipelines end-to-end as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist in New York
 </li>
 <li>
 Source strong, high-signal pipelines fast, using creative and unconventional sourcing strategies that go far beyond LinkedIn Recruiter
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute and continuously improve the hiring process for Go-To-Market functions (Sales, Customer Success, and Enabling Functions), balancing a very high bar with fast execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring velocity &mdash; proactively managing the funnel, unblocking bottlenecks, and pushing decisions forward
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a best-in-class experience to candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers alike
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working as part of an internal Talent Acquisition team in a hyper-growth start-up, a GTM operator at a VC backed start-up, and/or a hyper-competitive recruitment agency environment
 </li>
 <li>
 An exceptionally creative and proactive sourcer with a deep understanding of GTM excellence for a growing start-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional story-telling ability to sell career opportunities at Peec AI to top talent with multiple competing offers
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience designing and running high-velocity hiring pipelines while operating with modern, AI-centric tooling (e.g. Ashby, Metaview, Claude/ChatGPT, Clay, Lemlist, etc.)

 Compensation
 
 
 
 The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

 What you&rsquo;ll do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Train, test, and ship models that power Peec AI&rsquo;s recommendations - helping customers boost their visibility in AI search
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop algorithms that extract actionable insights from AI search behavior, creating data-driven recommendations that help brands increase their AI Search visibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the full model lifecycle from experimentation to production deployment, working closely with engineering to integrate ML solutions into our systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement data pipelines to ingest, process, and analyze large volumes of data
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What we&rsquo;re looking for
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven backend development skills in Python with experience building APIs, data pipelines, or ML infrastructure, and familiarity with tools like FastAPI, Docker, and cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep curiosity about how LLMs work, with the ability to reverse-engineer AI search behavior and translate patterns into actionable product features
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of taking projects from research to production in a fast-moving startup environment, with strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguous, evolving problems
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers and stakeholders
 
 
 </li>
