Responsibilities:
This is a full-time position at our American Fork, Utah location that is responsible for the successful marketing, leasing, and retention at their assigned community. To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate 1 year of firsthand property management of resident, marketing and financial management including the following:<ul><li>
Initiative in sales and marketing techniques</li><li>
Property social media, reputation management and satisfaction ratings</li><li>
Managing waitlists, shows, applications, resident interviews, agreements, pre-inspections, move-ins resident relations, vacancies, and renewals</li><li>
Efficiently update and maintain market survey and marketing action reports</li><li>
Manage quality control of data in our property management software</li><li>
Improve and/or maintain occupancy levels to exceed budget projections</li><li>
Ability to generate reports and explain leasing status efforts and accomplishments</li><li>
Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, codes, etc.</li></ul>
Management Responsibilities:
The Leasing Consultant will report directly to the Property Manager.
Requirements:<ul><li>
Expert in Microsoft Office applications, Yardi and/or Entrata</li><li>
Superb written and verbal skills</li><li>
2 years of housing marketing and leasing experience</li><li>
Recent Fair Housing and industry training.</li><li>
Ability to work weekends.</li><li>
Spirited initiative and resourcefulness</li><li>

Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be able to tolerate prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at desk. (80% office work)</li><li>
Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and/or keyboard and tolerate prolonged periods performing work using a computer, telephone, and/or keyboard.</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.</li><li>
Must be able to tolerate long periods of conducting in-person inspections of properties</li><li>
Must be able to tolerate climbing one flight of stairs and have the ability to walk a half mile per property approximately once per week.</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be insurable for company vehicles.</li></ul>
