 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the travel or technology industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
 </li>
 <li>
 A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Aware of the terms User-Centered Design, Responsive Design, and Mobile First.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and a keen eye for detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
 </li>

 In this role, you will
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces, including layouts, typography, color palettes, and iconography.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct usability tests in coordination with product owners to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our designs and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create designs that are easy to perceive, and effective and increase user satisfaction by understanding user needs and application targets well for new demands
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with product owners, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the product development process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and actively seek out opportunities to learn and grow.
 </li>
