 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 4&ndash;6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably with proficiency in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: AI/ML model development, LLM-based applications, business process analysis &amp; automation, or API integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar languages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in the aviation industry is a plus.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 In this role you will
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Actively contribute to the full lifecycle of AI and RPA projects, from ideation to production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct use-case analysis, process discovery, and identify automation opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development of agentic AI models, workflow automation solutions, and RPA bots.
 </li>
 <li>
 Define data requirements and coordinate integrations with relevant systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in monitoring model performance, tracking process outcomes, and reporting automation KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with business units to deploy solutions end-to-end.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the vendor ecosystem; coordinate SLAs, quality, risk, and delivery processes with external service providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and ethical frameworks (SHGM, EASA, KVKK, GDPR) in all AI &amp; automation initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop innovative digital solutions that enhance employee experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable, and sustainable automation solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with emerging technologies, evaluate new trends, and integrate them into the company&rsquo;s strategic roadmap.
 </li>
