Major Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Oversees receiving and stowing, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation.</li><li>
Optimizes efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space.</li><li>
Monitors the safety and security of goods and materials.</li><li>
Utilizes a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other system to track and analyze processes and performance.</li><li>
Implements strong safety polices and procedures.</li><li>
Comply with the requirements of the company&rsquo;s Quality Management System.</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:</b></h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent</li><li>
Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.</li><li>
5+ years experience in the related area as an individual contributor</li><li>
1-3 years supervisory experience</li><li>
Effective interpersonal and mentoring skills in driving employee performance, engagement, satisfaction, and development</li><li>
Communicate with all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to positively manage conflict.</li><li>
Must be self-motivated, positive, have a high degree of integrity, dependable, and participate as a team member to achieve common goals with a sense of urgency.</li><li>
Meet customer requirements in a fast-paced work environment with a strong customer service orientation.</li><li>
Strong computer and MS Office skills</li><li>
Proficiency in English, including the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English, is required for this position.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field</li><li>
8+ years relevant experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Physical Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.</li><li>
Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.</li><li>

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

</b></p>Supervises an organization's logistics operations to control, deliver, and distribute products and materials to the destination.<p></p><p><b>
Major Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Supports the overall strategy, metrics, and processes to deploy an optimized logistic network and operations.</li><li>
Oversees daily operations for inventory, distribution, transportation, or other processes that support the achievement of organizational goals and KPI's for product delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Monitors teams and vendors' adherence to service level targets.</li><li>
Troubleshoots and resolves issues.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with all regulations governing transportation of goods.</li><li>
Utilizes systems to input and obtain workflow status and information and to identify problems in operations.</li><li>
Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs.</li><li>
May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments.</li><li>
Comply with the requirements of the company&rsquo;s Quality Management System.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree</li><li>
3+ years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor</li><li>
Computer literate with proficient use of software and/or computer programs (MS Office)</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish and English</li><li>
Meet customer requirements in a fast-paced work environment with a strong customer service orientation.</li><li>
Self-motivated, positive, have a high degree of integrity, dependable, and participate as a team member to achieve common goals with a sense of urgency.</li><li>
