Job Title: Sales Coordinator- MaleLocation: Vashi (Navi Mumbai)Experience: 3-5 years---Job DescriptionAs a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for order processing, coordinating with distributors and depots, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to clients. The ideal candidate must be proactive, able to handle high-pressure situations, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:1. Order Processing:- Receive orders from distributors/sales teams and check stock availability at depots.- Register orders in the ERP system once the material is ready for dispatch.- Notify clients immediately if there is any delay in delivery due to stock unavailability. For smaller orders, communicate delays immediately.2. Delivery Scheduling:- Coordinate with depots and inform distributors of delivery dates.- Update clients on any unforeseen delays or issues with the readiness of material.3. HR Operation ExecutiveAbout the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive &amp; Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will independently manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth execution of HR processes, and maintain compliance with company policies. This position is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of HR operations, payroll management, and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:1. Attendance &amp; Data Management<ul><li>Prepare and update the Pan-India attendance sheet on a regular basis.</li><li>Ensure all employee details are accurately maintained in the SARAL HRMS system.</li><li>Keep records updated regarding employee verification and salary account opening.</li></ul>2. Employee Engagement &amp; Communication<ul><li>Prepare and circulate the birthday list for employees and distributors across India.</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.</li></ul>3. Problem Solving &amp; Grievance Handling<ul><li>Address and resolve employee grievances efficiently.</li><li>Identify and suggest process improvements in HR operations.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.</li></ul>5.
