Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial and construction painting, with a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint using different methods, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of products. The Industrial Painter will work closely with other team members to maintain safety standards and meet production goals.Duties<ul><li>Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.</li><li>Apply paint using airless paint spraying equipment and other methods to achieve a smooth finish.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools for surface preparation and painting tasks.</li><li>Operate forklifts, cranes, and other machinery safely while handling materials.</li><li>Conduct quality checks on painted surfaces to ensure adherence to specifications.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with team members in fabrication and assembly processes as required.</li><li>Utilize basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating coverage areas.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in industrial painting techniques, including airless paint spraying.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing processes.</li><li>Familiarity with machining, welding, and auto body repair is advantageous.</li><li>Experience with materials handling and warehouse operations is preferred.</li><li>Ability to use precision measuring instruments for accurate work results.</li><li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.</li><li>Strong skills in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining individual productivity.
