<p>The Senior Marketing Associate, based in New York, will support delegate and sponsorship marketing activity across our events within the US portfolio. You will build marketing plans to generate results-driven marketing campaigns across a portfolio of events and will be responsible for the execution of all marketing activities including email, website, digital, analysis, data selections, copywriting and social media.</p>

You will have end-to-end campaign responsibility for some events in the portfolio. The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong prioritisation skills are key. You should be a confident individual able to work and communicate with a large global marketing team as this will be a daily part of your role.</p><br>

<div>Responsibilities and duties:</div>
<div><ul><li>Execution of marketing across the full marketing mix (sales materials, email, digital channels, social media, website).</li>
<li>Work closely with senior members of the marketing team to deliver the best result for each event.</li>
<li>Work with the data team to build targeted email data set.</li>
<li>Understand target audiences and their needs at the organisation and person level, as well as our product content and services.</li>
<li>Create and send email campaigns, report on activity, response rates, targets and KPIs.</li>
<li>Build and maintain websites, update content regularly as required, suggest improvements.</li>
<li>Create and implement social media campaigns.</li>
<li>Work within templates and together with the design team to create and update content pieces.</li>
<li>Negotiate and manage media partnerships.</li>
<li>Liaise with suppliers including printers.</li>

Experience and Skills</div>
<div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree - B.S. or B.A.</li>
<li>At least 1 years&rsquo; experience working in a B2b sponsorship and/or events marketing team.</li>
<li>Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks, comfortable working as part of a global team, also with colleagues in events and networks.</li>
<li>Confident working with numbers, spreadsheets and the full Microsoft Office suite
</li><li>Knowledge of and experience using social media platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with email systems, web-based software, back-end website CMS and CRM.</li>
<li>Energy and confidence in dealing with and influencing a variety of stakeholders, calm under pressure.</li>
<li>Creative thinker and problem solver, eager to suggest new ideas/ways of doing things.</li>
<li>Strong creative copywriting skills.</li>
 <li>Learning mindset - keen to develop understanding and expertise in our markets and audiences, relationships across the business and within the industry.</li>
