We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Creative Manager to lead our Creative team. The ideal candidate will be a master storyteller, a strategic thinker, and an exceptional leader who can inspire and guide a team of talented designers, writers, and artists. The Creative Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a compelling creative vision across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering innovative, high-quality work that drives business objectives in both B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Creative Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Oversee creative development from concept to execution, ensuring excellence and innovation. Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to elevate team output.
</li><li>Strategic Vision: Working with the Director, Innovation, Design &amp; Brand Experience, develop and implement a cohesive creative strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity, marketing goals, and business objectives.
</li><li>Content Strategy: Help develop the end-to-end content strategy for the marketing team, ensuring all content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with business and brand goals. Lead the creation of compelling, high-impact content across digital, print, video, packaging, displays and experiential platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports broader organizational initiatives.
</li><li>Project Oversight: Oversee all creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
</li><li>Brand Stewardship: Serve as a guardian of the brand, ensuring all creative outputs are consistent and effectively communicate the brand's message.
</li><li>Brand Evolution: Own the brand's long-term evolution and its comprehensive visual and verbal guidelines. Establish and maintain editorial standards, tone of voice and messaging frameworks. Audit and optimize brand assets regularly to maintain relevance and impact.
</li><li>Concept Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and guide the team in developing fresh, innovative, and impactful creative concepts for various campaigns and initiatives.
</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand project requirements and translate them into successful creative outcomes.
</li><li>Resource Management: Manage the creative department's budget, resources, and external vendor relationships.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts).
</li><li>7-10 years of experience in creative operations, content production, or agency management.
</li><li>A strong portfolio demonstrating a history of successful creative campaigns and projects.
</li><li>Proven experience in managing and inspiring creative teams.
</li><li>Expertise in a variety of creative software and technologies.

Software Engineers play a crucial role in developing our quoting and ordering systems, directly impacting the efficiency and precision of our manufacturing processes. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Percentages represent guidelines only; may vary by position and fluctuate due to changing business needs.
<ul><li>60% Code development &ndash; Develop code based on the technical design specifications. Perform initial code checkout. Communicate status to parties involved. Familiar with and helps improve and establish development standards. Capable of developing across all key development tools available. Assists other analysts in increasing their knowledge of various technical tools.
</li><li>15% Technical design work &ndash; Technical specifications and analysis required to meet business needs. Able to take general business requirements and build a robust technical design through the entire business process. Creates and/or reviews technical design work for other technical analysts.
</li><li>15% Product Team Responsibilities &ndash; Provides estimates of various technical tasks. Assist Product Owner in taking high-level business initiatives into smaller deliverable pieces.
</li><li>10% Day to day support of existing environment &ndash; Production issue resolution (alerts, tickets, requests from analysts). Able to quickly diagnose issues in a wide variety of areas without specific, detailed knowledge in the problematic area.
</li><li>Responsibilities outside of normal business hours: On-call rotation as assigned. Support for implementations of projects assigned will occur on weekends.

</li><li>Own all stages of development process: design, develop, test, implementation and operational support.

Technical Skills:
<ul><li>Strong Front-End Web development skills using HTML5, CSS, React.js, JavaScript, REST APIs.
</li><li>Understanding and interpreting business/technical requirements, wireframes, and design comps.
</li><li>Strong Server-Side service and Graphql and REST API development skills using Node.js, Java, etc.
</li>Streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS).

</li></ul>Nice to have technologies:
<ul><li>Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, Git, DevOps will be a plus,
</li><li>Identity Management skills will be a plus (Okta),
</li>Experience with Automated Testing tools will be a plus.

Sr. Full Stack Technical Analyst

<div>The Service Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for the day-to-day administrative and support functions for all Service Logistics activities and is the systems expert for all related functions. The Service Logistics Coordinator will be required to focus on and specialize in coordinating all Technician schedules and managing all supporting documentation. The Service Logistics Coordinator should be able to back up the Field Service Manager when they are absent. The key goal is reducing lead times, increasing the number of service trips per day and increasing the first-time completion rate of service tickets.
