You will ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision. You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important. The goal is to produce complex outputs by putting together smaller components. 
Starting pay at $20.00/hr.
Plus, automatic pay increases at 90 days and 6 months!
Typical schedule 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 5:00 am - 3:30 pm. Friday overtime as needed.</div>

<div>SUMMARY
The Safety Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the organization's safety, workers' compensation, and vehicle collision management programs. This position serves as the primary liaison between employees, supervisors, insurance carriers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely reporting, documentation, and resolution of claims.
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for maintaining claim records, tracking case progress, supporting return-to-work efforts, coordinating training records, assisting with safety initiatives, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation. This position works closely with the Safety Manager to support compliance efforts, reduce organizational risk, and promote a safe work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and administer workers' compensation and vehicle collision claims from initial report through closure.
Serve as the primary point of contact between employees, supervisors, insurance carriers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), medical providers, attorneys, and other parties involved in claim management.
Collect, maintain, and distribute claim-related documentation and ensure accurate and timely reporting of incidents.
Monitor claim status and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders.
Assist with incident investigations and gather information necessary for claim administration and corrective action development.
Coordinate temporary work restrictions and return-to-work accommodations with managers and employees.
Maintain workers' compensation, vehicle collision, and related safety records within company systems.
Assist with OSHA recordkeeping, reporting requirements, and maintenance of injury and illness records.
Track, maintain, and report safety training completion and compliance metrics.
Prepare reports and analyze claim and incident data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support the development, implementation, and administration of injury and vehicle collision prevention initiatives.
Assist the Safety Manager with safety programs, compliance activities, audits, inspections, and special projects.
Update and maintain employee incident, leave of absence, and claim-related records, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Protect company assets by maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to established procedures.
Provide occasional support outside normal business hours when necessary to assist with incident response or claim-related matters</div>

The Associate Data Engineer supporting Digital, Marketing, and Pro CX at Pella is responsible for building and maintaining the data foundations that enable scalable, reliable analytics across customer experience, digital performance, and marketing functions. This role focuses on designing data pipelines, transforming and modeling data, and ensuring high-quality, well-governed data is available for analytics, reporting, and advanced use cases.
This individual will work cross-functionally with the Digital team, Marketing team, and Pro CX team to support a wide range of analytics needs, including digital performance measurement, customer journey analysis, and marketing effectiveness. While not embedded within a single function, the role plays a critical part in enabling these teams by delivering trusted, production-ready data that supports insight generation and decision-making across Pella.
In this role, you will:
<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain data pipelines that ingest data from digital, marketing, and enterprise systems into analytics platforms.
</li><li>Develop and manage data models that support analytics, reporting, and downstream use cases across Digital, Marketing, and Pro CX teams.
</li><li>Work closely with analysts, data scientists, and business partners to translate analytical requirements into scalable data solutions.
</li><li>Implement data transformations, validations, and quality checks to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and production-ready.
</li><li>Support analytics use cases by making data easily consumable for BI tools, dashboards, and advanced analytics.
</li><li>Partner with technology teams and vendors to integrate new data sources and evolve existing pipelines.
</li><li>Document data pipelines, models, definitions, and lineage to support data governance and reuse across the organization.
</li><li>Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Pella&rsquo;s analytics infrastructure, standards, and best practices.

Education and/or Experience
<ul><li>3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical analytics role.
</li><li>Strong experience working with BigQuery or comparable cloud data warehouse technologies.
</li><li>Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and pipeline development.
</li><li>Working knowledge of R for analytical or statistical workflows is preferred.
</li><li>Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, and performance optimization.
</li><li>Familiarity with digital and marketing data sources such as web analytics platforms, CRM systems, and advertising platforms.
</li><li>Experience supporting analytics and BI tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI.
</li><li>Understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., star schemas, fact and dimension tables).
</li><li>Experience collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

<ul><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Fullstory, and other digital or customer data platforms.
