We are searching for an experienced, positive and enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to join our team! This position primarily assists the Operations Managers and takes on a lead role in assuring the effective and efficient routing and scheduling for PWS Operations.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>This positions generally needs to be available between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F, some Saturday morning rotating schedules as well (usually done by noon on Saturday)
</li><li>Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of routes using computer software</li><li>
Analyze and make recommendations on improving route performances</li><li>
Enter accurate and timely dispatches and updates</li><li>
Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction on routes while maintaining service quality</li><li>
Accurately complete required forms, documents, reports, records, etc.</li><li>
Assist in directing drivers to perform pick-ups and deliveries in an efficient and effective manner</li><li>
Attend regular training and educational programs related to dispatching and routing software</li><li>
Assist with various yearly projects in Operations</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience working with routing and logistics software</li><li>
Ability to change or create routes in all divisions to improve efficiency</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Encore, electronic calendars, etc</li><li>
Ability to effectively provide leadership supervision in the dispatch office</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communications skills</li><li>
Willing to undergo a drug screening in accordance with local law/regulations</li><li>
Possess OR the ability to obtain a Wisconsin Commercial Driver's License (Class B)</li></ul>
