 We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to design, operationalize, and deliver learning experiences across the entire employee lifecycle. This role involves creating management skills programming, developing strong people leaders, and operationalizing learning experiences directly tied to business goals. This role reports directly to the Director of Learning and Development.

 YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON:

 Collaborate with the Director of Learning &amp; Development, People Business Partners, and cross-functional business leaders to identify learning needs and create solutions aligned with strategic priorities for our People Leaders.

 Manage key learning programs and initiatives, orchestrating seamless end-to-end experiences with detailed project plans that account for all necessary communications, logistics, delivery, and measurement.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning programs for foundational leadership skills (e.g., feedback, coaching, conflict resolution, trust building, inclusive leadership).
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Facilitate a variety of dynamic learning sessions (from skills-based seminars to career development sessions) in both virtual and in-person formats.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Continuously seek opportunities to automate, optimize, and iterate upon learning processes, from program marketing and registration to resource management and follow-up communications.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Measure and track the effectiveness of learning programs, analyzing engagement, knowledge retention, and behavioral change to ensure a tangible impact on performance.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Regularly audit and maintain our library of learning resources (presentation decks, documents, intranet pages) to ensure they are current, relevant, and easily accessible.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Gather and analyze insights from feedback surveys, focus groups, and business data to form insightful recommendations on how to improve program content, processes, and delivery.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Act as a consultant to the business, partnering with functional leaders to design team-specific learning solutions and development plans.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the L&amp;D space to continuously elevate our learning and development offerings.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 YOU BRING TO PELOTON:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 4+ years of experience in a corporate learning and development role, preferably in a high-growth environment.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Proven experience designing and implementing impactful learning programs across the employee lifecycle, with expertise in professional and leadership development.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Facilitation expertise in both virtual and in-person settings, catering to all levels of management and individual contributors.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Extremely detail-oriented with strong program/project management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and tasks on tight timelines.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Marketer mindset with the ability to market programs effectively amidst the noise of constant emails and busy workdays. Proven creating compelling emails, newsletters, communications, and presentations.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 Experience leveraging LMS platforms and applying visual and audio design tools (e.g., Articulate, Google Slides, etc.) to build engaging learning experiences.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 A strong team player ethos (no job is too small or too large) and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Learning and Development Manager

 ABOUT THE ROLE
 
 
 
 Peloton&rsquo;s Content Department produces classes year round in order to deliver a broad range of highly engaging live and on-demand content to our Members. We are a highly collaborative, fast paced, and rapidly growing department. We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, fitness forward, Social Content Producer and Editor who can support our brand &amp; Instructors with high quality video content. This role will be instrumental in bridging the gap between organic storytelling and paid performance, supporting the end-to-end creative lifecycle for social advertisements.
 
 
 Video shooting, editing, brand and influencer storytelling, an understanding of social audiences, trends, and paid marketing is required. The role will be based in our New York City office and will be required to report to the office at least 4-5 days per week, with the understanding that team members may occasionally be required to work additional days in the office (including weekends or holidays) or be present at a physical Peloton or other location, in NYC or otherwise, based on team or business needs.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

 Lead fast-turn social content creation from concept through delivery, with a focus on trend awareness and paid content execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Ideate, produce, and edit platform-native content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Peloton-owned platforms to grow community, support brand initiatives, and fuel both organic &amp; paid social channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply paid social expertise by optimizing content for platform algorithms, visibility, and performance (including hooks, CTAs, and multiple aspect ratios)&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-volume output to capitalize on key marketing moments, producing approximately 6&ndash;10 video assets per week
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner cross-functionally to brief, capture, and produce high-performing assets, from talent-led ads to product education content, ensuring a consistent pipeline of optimized paid social creative
 </li>
 <li>
 Pitch platform-specific social and original content concepts tailored to each channel
 </li>
 <li>
 Support planning and execution for major tentpole initiatives and event coverage

 YOU BRING TO PELOTON
 
 
 <ul>

 A strong ability to identify trends and stories and craft timely, relevant content that joins the cultural conversation
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of proven experience as a Social Producer and Editor across multiple platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with X, Facebook, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts (a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience writing briefs and pitching concepts aligned to KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with social data tools to inform creative strategy and brief development
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to edit at high volume across a variety of formats and platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to create emotionally resonant content
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

 Excellent writing skills with speed, accuracy, and clarity
