Who You Are
As a Product Line Manager at Pelsue, you are the driving force behind the success of a specific product line. You balance leadership, planning, and execution to ensure manufacturing, quality, and supply chain alignment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Support<ul><li>
Assist in day-to-day product line operations, including scheduling and tracking production runs.</li><li>
Coordinate with Buyers to ensure timely material availability.</li><li>
Monitor product performance metrics (quality, delivery, cost) and prepare basic reports.</li></ul>

Support the Product Line Specialist with product updates and engineering changes.</li><li>
Maintain accurate product documentation, ensuring timely communication across departments.</li></ul>
Team Collaboration<ul><li>
Work closely with logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to align on daily priorities.</li><li>
Learn and follow existing product line processes and standards.</li></ul>

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
MaterialScheduling Coordination<ul><li>
Support daily coordination of materials, scheduling, and planning for the assigned product line.</li><li>
Work closely with Buyers, Logistics, and Production to ensure raw materials and components arrive on time.</li><li>
Update ERP systems with real-time status of parts, orders, and product configurations.</li></ul>
ConfigurationDocumentation<ul><li>
Assist in maintaining accurate product documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing changes.</li><li>
Track and expedite orders, following up on procurement lead times and delivery schedules.</li><li>
Learn product structure, assemblies, and sub-assemblies to better facilitate communication among departments.</li></ul>
