 .
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead bilingual SEO strategy for both the UAE and KSA markets (English &amp; Arabic).
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and prioritize high-impact keywords based on trends, search data, and competitor benchmarks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze competitor SEO strategies and performance to maintain a competitive edge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute on-page SEO: meta tags, structured data, sitemaps, internal linking, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively propose and implement technical and content improvements, including directly in Webflow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write or assist with content, including landing pages, blog drafts, and AI-overview-optimized content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize content for AI-first search engines (e.g., Google SGE, Bing Copilot) using structured data and semantic SEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report local SEO rankings for both UAE and Saudi audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Own GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): optimize Pemo&rsquo;s content and on-site knowledge signals to increase inclusion, attribution, and &ldquo;recommended vendor&rdquo; mentions in generative AI experiences by leveraging entity/knowledge graph reinforcement, semantic coverage, and structured citation-ready formatting (FAQs, comparison blocks, definitions, and evidence-backed claims).
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure &amp; iterate GEO performance: define tracking for generative visibility (share-of-voice in AI answers, citation/attribution rate, prompt-to-visit conversion, and brand mention coverage by persona/industry), run controlled experiments, and report weekly learnings and next actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot SEO-related issues (e.g., slow load speeds, crawl errors) independently when possible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and manage an ethical, high-quality link-building strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align SEO with conversions and lead generation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive consistent month-over-month growth in organic traffic, rankings, and lead quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve domain authority and reduce bounce rate on key SEO landing pages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver monthly SEO reports: rankings, work completed, insights, and planned next steps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be available for ad hoc strategy syncs and technical reviews.

 </ul>
 
 What We Need From You
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience for a B2B company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success with SEO in both English and Arabic, specifically in MENA markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Webflow and ability to self-execute changes without relying on devs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in modern SEO practices, including AI search listings, structured data, and schema.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, not just strategize, but implement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in both English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Available during Dubai business hours (9AM&ndash;5PM GMT+4).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools to connect SEO efforts to business KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Experience in FinTech or SaaS environments.

 Design and implement intelligent n8n workflows that automate lead scoring, enrichment, routing, follow-up sequences, and sales activity tracking across the entire sales funnel.

 <li>
 Deploy AI-powered tools using Exa for prospect research and market intelligence, Pinecone for semantic matching of leads to ideal customer profiles, and Hex for sales performance analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build custom Python and JavaScript solutions for CRM data enrichment, automated sales reporting, deal health scoring, and predictive pipeline analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to understand the customer journey, pain points in the sales process, and opportunities to leverage automation for revenue growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Model data structures for sales territories, account hierarchies, opportunity stages, and activity tracking to enable comprehensive sales analytics and forecasting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create AI-driven solutions for lead qualification, automated outreach personalization, meeting scheduling optimization, and intelligent deal recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate sales tools (CRM, email sequencing, LinkedIn automation, calendaring, proposal tools) to eliminate manual data entry and create seamless information flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor automation performance metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and sales cycle length, continuously optimizing workflows for maximum impact.

 Who We Are Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>

 A technically skilled analyst with 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing automation, data engineering, or revenue analytics with strong programming abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Python and JavaScript with experience building sales automation tools, data pipelines, and analytical dashboards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid experience with workflow automation platforms, particularly n8n, or comparable tools used in sales and marketing automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practical knowledge of AI/ML tools including Exa, Pinecone, Hex, or similar platforms for intelligent data processing and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong grasp of API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization across sales technology stacks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of designing data models for complex sales processes, including multi-touch attribution, sales forecasting, and revenue analytics.
