Job Summary:The Subject Specialist (Chemistry) will be responsible for delivering high-quality chemistry instruction to students of classes 9 and 10, following the prescribed curriculum. The role includes preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, supporting student learning, and ensuring a positive and engaging classroom environment.Key Responsibilities:Teaching &amp; Instruction<ul><li>Teach Chemistry to students of classes 9 and 10 in accordance with the national curriculum.</li><li>Prepare and deliver well-structured, engaging, and practical lessons.</li><li>Explain scientific concepts clearly and accurately, using appropriate teaching methods and demonstrations.</li><li>Integrate laboratory work and ensure safe handling of chemicals and equipment.</li></ul>Planning &amp; Preparation<ul><li>Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources.</li><li>Plan and conduct laboratory experiments and practical activities.</li><li>Maintain updated records of lesson plans, assessments, and student performance.</li></ul>Assessment &amp; Evaluation<ul><li>Design and administer quizzes, tests, assignments, and examinations.</li><li>Evaluate students&rsquo; progress and provide timely feedback.</li><li>Prepare result reports and share progress with the academic coordinator or parents when required.</li></ul>Classroom Management<ul><li>Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.</li><li>Ensure students follow lab safety rules and classroom guidelines.</li></ul>Student Support<ul><li>Provide additional academic support to struggling students.</li><li>Encourage students&rsquo; interest in science through discussions, projects, and experiments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLocation:<ul><li>Tando Mohammad Khan (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
