- Oversee the overall administration and management of the campus/block.- Ensure the implementation of the school's vision, mission, and policies.- Lead and manage a team of teachers, staff, and administrators.- Monitor and evaluate academic performance, student progress, and teacher effectiveness.- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes, attendance, and behavior.- Manage campus/block resources, including budgeting, facilities, and equipment.- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting respect, empathy, and diversity.- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and the wider community.- Address student discipline and welfare issues, providing support and guidance as needed.- Collaborate with other campus/block heads and senior leaders to achieve whole-school goals.- Stay up-to-date with educational developments, research, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campus/block operations.- Manage and respond to emergencies, critical incidents, and parent complaints.- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvement.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Education administration: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Branch head: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
