In this role, you&rsquo;ll walk the streets of our service areas, meet business owners face-to-face, and introduce them to the ways Blue Ridge Commercial Services can support their growth. Just as important, you&rsquo;ll nurture long-term partnerships with the businesses we already serve&mdash;because in a community, every relationship counts. A company car will be provided. 

Through genuine conversations and in-person presentations, you&rsquo;ll showcase how our products and services can help local businesses thrive&mdash;working together to keep our towns strong, connected and moving forward. 

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Generate sales leads with targeted businesses through cold calling, territory canvassing, customer referrals&hellip;etc</li>
<li>Develop relationships with businesses and local organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce where you can promote and position Blue Ridge Commercial Services to prospective customers</li>
<li>Build and consistently maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospects that results in consistent revenue growth</li>
<li>Foster internal relationships with our Commercial Sales Support Team, Technical Fulfillment Team, Level 2 and others that support the sales process, drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by manager</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.</li>
<li>Established residency in Pennsylvania</li>
<li>Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record</li>
<li>Previous Sales Experience Preferred</li>
<li>Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Strong Communications Skills - Oral and Written</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to change, be open to new ideas, take on new responsibilities, handle pressure and adjust plans to meet changing needs</li>
<li>Ability to listen attentively to others, ask clarifying questions and stay open to other viewpoints</li>
<li>Ability to provide regular, consistent and punctual attendance</li>
<li>Ability to travel for work purposes within entire company footprint as needed</li></ul>
