We are currently seeking a professional and dynamic part time <b>Seasonal Retail </b><b>Sales Associate (16 hours per week)</b> for our <b>Ft. Worth, TX</b> store location.</p><div><b>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b><br>
<ul><li>Support the store in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service</li><li>Open and close the store independently and ensure readiness and security during each shift</li><li>Create and execute daily plans while effectively communicating priorities with the team</li><li>Encourage positive selling behaviors and maintain a high-energy, customer-first environment</li><li>Ensure visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards are met</li><li>Monitor and respond to store communications, including email and internal directives</li><li>Complete sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency</li><li>Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention guidelines</li><li>Act quickly to identify problems, recommend solutions, and escalate when necessary</li><li>Support ongoing training efforts and foster team development</li></ul></div><div><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b><br>
<ul><li>2+ years retail sales/customer service experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or shift-lead role</li><li>Strong communication skills&mdash;able to connect with both customers and team members</li><li>Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for helping others</li><li>Tech-comfortable: experience with POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office</li><li>Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Comfortable with the physical demands of retail (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs., ladder use)</li><li>Reliable transportation to meet scheduling needs</li></ul></div><p><b>
