Pendulum Decor is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Interior and Fit-out) to oversee the on-site execution of interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with subcontractors, engage with clients, and liaise closely with the project manager to ensure timely and quality delivery of all site works.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per project timelines and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain a smooth workflow.</li><li>Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.</li><li>Liaise daily with the Project Manager regarding project status, issues, and progress.</li><li>Ensure that all works are executed in compliance with design, quality standards, and health &amp; safety regulations.</li><li>Monitor materials, manpower, and work schedules to avoid delays or reworks.</li><li>Prepare site progress reports and communicate any issues or deviations from the plan.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision within the interior design and fit-out industry.</li><li>Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Strong understanding of interior fit-out materials, methods, and processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>UAE driving license is mandatory.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge in primavera is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Required)</li></ul>
