</p><p>The team at Inklore is seeking an Assistant Editor to report to the Editor-in-Chief, handling a combination of editorial and administrative projects for the imprint&rsquo;s growing list of licensed and original comics, light novels, and webnovels. The position provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in a creative and hands-on department dedicated to publishing best-in-class manga, manhwa, manhua, webtoons, and webnovels from around the world. We are a highly collaborative team who love to bring our authentic style of fandom and nerdery to our favorite stories. The Assistant Editor will be responsible for daily editorial activities and administrative support.

The position will expose the assistant to all phases of file preparation, layout adjustments, and text corrections, with an emphasis on color correction and digital pre-press file creation for all formats including picture books, novels, novelty books, chapter books, and activity books.<br>
