Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic General Cleaner to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive atmosphere while honing your skills in cleaning, customer service, and facility maintenance.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to ensure cleanliness and safety. </li><li>Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care. </li><li>Conduct detailed sanitation of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques. </li><li>Maintain floor care by applying polishing, waxing, or carpet cleaning methods to preserve flooring quality. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during cleaning appointments. </li><li>Follow established janitorial procedures to ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. </li><li>Assist with custodial tasks such as waste disposal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly preferred; experience in hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning is a plus. </li><li>Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment such as floor buffers or carpet extractors is advantageous. </li><li>Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and procedures. </li><li>Experience in laundry operations or housekeeper management enhances your suitability for this role. </li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. </li><li>Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
