Your Impact &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b>
Safe Transport:</b> Operate facility vehicles (including wheelchair-accessible vans) to transport residents to and from medical appointments, dialysis, and community outings.</p></li><li><p><b>
Patient Assistance:</b> Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring all safety restraints and wheelchair locks are properly secured.</p></li><li><p><b>
Route Management:</b> Plan efficient routes throughout the Peninsula to ensure on-time arrivals for all scheduled appointments.</p></li><li><p><b>
Vehicle Maintenance:</b> Conduct daily safety inspections of the vehicle; report any mechanical issues and ensure the interior remains clean and professional.</p></li><li><p><b>
Communication:</b> Coordinate closely with the Nursing and Admissions departments to manage the daily transportation log and schedule changes.</p></li><li><p><b>
Compassionate Service:</b> Provide a friendly, patient, and professional experience for every resident under your care.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p><b>
Driving Record:</b> Must possess a current, valid <b>California Driver&rsquo;s License</b> with a clean driving record (no major violations).</p></li><li><p><b>
Experience:</b> Previous experience in medical transport, senior living, or professional driving is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p><b>
Interpersonal Skills:</b> A patient, compassionate, and helpful attitude toward seniors and individuals with mobility challenges.</p></li><li><p><b>
