The Office Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative and operational support to Resources and Service Center leadership, including general office management, calendar and travel coordination, meeting planning, and event support. This role is essential to the smooth daily operation of the Eagle Service Center and plays a key part in delivering reliable, high-quality administrative support.</p><p></p><p><b>
Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>
General Office Support</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee all aspects of office management, serving as the primary liaison with building management, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure an efficient and well-functioning workplace.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, including common areas and meeting spaces, to promote productivity and professionalism.</li><li>
Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>
Monitor, order, and replenish office supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and uninterrupted operations.</li><li>
Coordinate and support office events and activities that foster team engagement and a positive work culture.</li><li>
Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational success.</li><li>
Serve as a cultural ambassador by actively promoting and embodying CAPLICO values in daily interactions and initiatives.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Leadership Support</b></p><ul><li>
Perform general administrative duties, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense report processing.</li><li>
Coordinate team meetings and events, including logistics such as travel, meals, and activities.</li><li>

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities)</b></p><ul><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Highly organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, proactive, self-motivated, dependable, and driven by excellence with a customer-focused mindset.</li><li>
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative, positive working relationships.</li><li>
Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>

We&rsquo;re looking for a highly capable, self-directed Traveling Videographer &amp; Storyteller to capture and elevate the real stories happening across our home health and hospice agencies nationwide.</p><p>
This role is for someone who is equal parts creator, interviewer, and producer&mdash;someone who can walk into a new environment, quickly build trust, and bring meaningful human stories to life through video.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll travel to our locations, lead interviews with patients and leaders, and create compelling content that is ultimately shaped into short-form videos used in paid media campaigns. You&rsquo;ll also partner with our marketing team to understand performance and continuously improve what you create.</p><p></p><p><b>
